Job summary

Therapy Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist CFY to join a supportive team dedicated to pediatric therapy. You will participate in a robust CF mentorship, attend rounding and professional development meetings, and contribute to a large lending library for ongoing learning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators, development of individualized plans, and commitment to client progress and caregiver education, within a well-established practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Illinois license or eligibility to obtain license.
• PEL or eligibility to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and student needs.
• Provide direct intervention services to students with communication disorders and delays.
• Collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
• Educate families and caregivers on techniques to improve communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Your Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Up to $60/hour* depending on experience, setting and client placement.
