Ensign Services' Oakwood Care, Mapleton Post Acute and Sloan’s Lake Rehabilitation Center in the Denver area are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality services across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, treatment delivery, outcome assessment, and discharge planning for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. SLP licensure required; flexible PRN schedule and competitive hourly pay offered.

• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - FLOAT PRN POSITION - DENVER AND LAKEWOOD, CO AREAS

We are currently seeking a dynamic PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in the following facilities: Oakwood Care, Mapleton Post Acute and Sloan’s Lake Rehabilitation Center

Hourly Range: $45.00-$55.00

Schedule: PRN - Flexible Schedule
