Description

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages. The primary focus of this position will be pediatric outpatients, with some coverage for adult inpatients and nursing home evaluations and treatments. Develops individualized plans of care, monitors patient progress, completes timely documentation, and works with physicians and the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

• Eligible for medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

31 hours per week - First Shift

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

On - Call Weekend Rotation

Valid SLP License in State of Indiana
