Job summary

Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for pediatric outpatients, with some inpatient and nursing home coverage. You will develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and document thoroughly.

The position is 31 hours per week on first shift (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with on-call weekend rotation. Indiana SLP license and ASHA Certification are required.

Description

The Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages. The primary focus of this position will be pediatric outpatients, with some coverage for adult inpatients and nursing home evaluations and treatments. Develops individualized plans of care, monitors patient progress, completes timely documentation, and works with physicians and the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.

Eligible for medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:
