Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a K-12 setting in Crossville, Tennessee. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Requires Tennessee SLP license (active or eligible).
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students' communication skills development.
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams.
