Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three. Based in Rhode Island, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team in home and community settings to support communication, feeding, swallowing, and overall development.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure, and 3–5 years of related experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm schedule and a $5,000 sign-on

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group speech and language therapy based on each child’s IFSP.
  • Evaluate and address communication, feeding, and swallowing needs.
  • Provide services in family-focused home and community settings.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with parents and professionals.
  • Educate and coach parents and team members on speech and language strategies.
  • Collaborate with professionals in social work, cognition, and motor development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation per licensure and EI requirements.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for children and families.
