Stepping Stone Kids Therapy Llc seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric team. You will provide therapy under supervision, implement treatment plans, and collect progress data in a collaborative, family-centered environment.

The role emphasizes mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for professional growth within a multidisciplinary setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in SLPA from an accredited program.
• Current Florida SLPA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy under licensed SLP supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Conduct play-based therapy addressing articulation, language, social communication, and feeding goals.
• Collect objective data and document sessions accurately and timely.
• Assist with therapy prep, materials, and intervention implementation.
• Reinforce caregiver education and home practice activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain productivity and documentation as required.
