Job summary

Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is seeking a compassionate SLPA to join our pediatric therapy team in Fort Myers, FL. You will implement supervised therapy plans for children, document progress, and support caregivers with home practice activities.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team that includes SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs, with mentorship and ongoing professional growth. A Florida SLPA license is required, and the role offers a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• BA or AS in SLPA from an accredited program.
• Active Florida SLPA license in good standing.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Execute individualized treatment plans and document sessions timely.
