Job summary

Arete Health PT in the United States is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, delivering evidence-based care.

Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ethics, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or license-eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient / school / home health / SNF setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapy services to pediatric and/or adult patients (depending on setting)
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies for carryover
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, physicians, educators, etc.)
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and ethical standards

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
