Job summary

Kaleidoscope Learning Center & Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in developing communication, language, and social interaction skills within a school setting. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress in daily communication.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services to support expressive, receptive, and social communication
• Address articulation, language development, and pragmatic (social) skills
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support skill carryover
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus
