Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Centennial is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and develop personalized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing challenges. You will collaborate with residents to set goals and monitor progress in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Licensed SLP with strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential. We value compassion, independence within a team, and dedication to improving quality of life for residents and their families
