The role offers a generous compensation package including a relocation bonus of $5,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus on a one-year contract, plus telehealth options and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with documentation and basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and answer introductory patient questions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals.
• Deliver and adjust therapy based on patient progress and needs.
• Keep detailed, accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful carryover outside of sessions.
