Job summary

Centennial Post Acute is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate team. You will assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing difficulties, develop personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
