Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Alaska.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop personalized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with residents to help them achieve goals and track progress.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate residents and families to empower engagement in the recovery process.
