Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Caldwell, ID. This full-time role offers up to $60/hour with mentorship for Clinical Fellows and a strong support network.

Provide services in a K-12 setting, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure student success. W-2 employment with benefits and professional reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• ID license or eligibility to obtain Idaho SLP license.
• CFs encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Caldwell, ID. You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.
