Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Billings, Montana. You will deliver comprehensive SLP services, collaborate with facility staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

This role emphasizes continued professional development, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a national contract therapy provider.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver SLP services to patients per therapy standards and Reliant policies.
  • Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide discharge planning and case management.
  • Maintain professional conduct and regulatory compliance.
  • Improve patients’ communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
  • Maintain awareness of licensing and state practice acts.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Responsibilities

Delivering Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients in accordance with the principles of speech-language therapy and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards. Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high-quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy
  • Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program
  • Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education
  • Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and the healthcare environment
  • Apply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards
  • Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomesAdhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation
  • Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license
