Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Dallas, GA. You will administer evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, provide speech and language services, monitor progress, and collaborate with teams to support student outcomes.

We require active or eligible Georgia SLP license and GaPSC certification, a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, and strong communication skills.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations

• Support a range of student communication needs across school settings
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success

What We’re Looking For

• Active (or eligible) Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate PCE provisional license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited college or university
• Active (or eligible) Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification, as required for the school-based assignment
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
