Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Greenville, NC. The position offers up to ${"$"}55/hour and can be full-time or part-time for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role includes mentorship for CFs and a supportive team environment. The candidate will provide speech-language therapy in a K-12 setting, develop IEP goals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is required.
• Valid North Carolina State SLP license required.
• North Carolina Education License from NCDPI required or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Greenville, NC . You'll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.
