Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This full-time role supports students in a school-based setting, with a float position across sites and 37.5 hours per week.

You will develop and implement IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Oregon SLP license required.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
