Qualifications

• The Cherry Creek School District requires candidates to be CURRENTLY LICENSED OR ENDORSED IN THE APPROPRIATE CONTENT AREA(S) as per Colorado Department of Education regulations.
• Proficiency in using technology.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide intervention services to students with communication disorders impacting achievement and social functioning.
• Assist with English language learners.
• Utilize diagnostic assessments for speech-language services.
• Support differentiation of instruction based on student needs within IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents and administrators to promote student achievement.
• Provide small group and individual services for students at various ability levels.
• Apply knowledge of phonemic awareness and literacy interventions.
• Work with special education teams on speech-language needs.
