Job summary

The incumbent will maintain accurate documentation, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and provide direct and consultative services to enhance student communication outcomes within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech pathology is required and NC licensure preferred.
• Experience with state and district policies cited in job posting.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and translate diagnostic data into IEPs.
• Travel to multiple school sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evaluate speech and language tests and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and speech-language interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff on student plans.
• Prepare written reports reflecting student needs and progress.
• Maintain records per state and district requirements.
• Supervise assistants and provide guidance as needed.
