Qualifications

• Master's degree required and valid Colorado licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Health First Colorado account information required.
• Endorsements/Licenses: Speech/Language Pathologist; valid state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide intervention for students with communication disorders to meet IEP goals.
• Differentiate language differences vs disorders for multilingual learners; monitor progress toward IEP goals.
• Provide differentiated interventions (small group, individual, co-teaching) for a range of communication needs.
• Use phonemic awareness and literacy interventions to support reading and writing.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and administrators to improve student achievement.
• Participate in professional learning communities to enhance instruction and student outcomes.
• Adapt instruction to diverse learners and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare and document progress, plan sessions, and manage time effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
