Responsibilities

• Assess and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders to meet IEP goals.
• Differentiate intervention for multilingual learners and diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student achievement.
• Deliver differentiated interventions (small group, individual, co-teaching).
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation of IEP outcomes.
• Participate in professional learning communities to improve instruction.
• Provide phonemic awareness and literacy interventions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
