Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, partners with school districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools that meet the needs of special and alternative education students.

You will diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps while collaborating with school teams and families. You’ll inspire and empower students using SESI’s evidence-based learning models, smaller class sizes, and a supportive environment that emphasizes growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and meet student needs.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk forms.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during transitions within the school.
