Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a Special Education Teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.

You will collaborate with school teams and families, deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models, and support students in smaller class settings. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, maintaining IEPs/BIPs, and driving student growth while ensuring safety and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid teaching credential.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Teach diverse group of students using SESI instructional models.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill‑appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management, de‑escalation techniques, and safety measures as needed.
• Maintain IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and related documentation.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise students during transitions and movement within the school.
