Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification preferred.
• Ability to learn and implement feedback.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsabilités

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying developmental and cultural backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence, and provide individualized attention to meet diverse needs.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term instructional plans.
• Develop and maintain skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply the school’s behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and safety procedures when needed.
• Track student growth and complete required documentation and meetings.
