Job summary

Clarifi Staffing seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher in Indiana to deliver instruction aligned with individual education plans. The role focuses on adapting materials and methods to support students with diverse needs and to monitor progress toward measurable goals.

You will collaborate with general education staff, school leadership, and families while maintaining comprehensive special education records and contributing to progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Indiana teaching license with Special Education credential/endorsement.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted individualized and small-group instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs.
• Modify materials, activities and assessments to support diverse abilities.
• Develop measurable IEP goals, track performance data, and adjust teaching methods.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school leadership, specialists, and families.
• Manage all special education records, including IEPs and progress reports, and participate in student support meetings.
