Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution.

• Endorsement in LBS1 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep understanding of content, pedagogy, and student knowledge to design coherent instruction and assessments.
• Create a respectful classroom culture with strong management and appreciation for diversity.
• Design engaging instruction with appropriately challenging questions and assessments.
• Exhibit strong oral and written communication and professional judgment in interactions with staff, families, and students.
• Prioritize student safety through classroom management and code of conduct adherence.
• Personalize learning using curriculum resources and technology as available.
• Advocate for equity, high expectations, and student growth across diverse contexts.
