Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor each student’s IEP with behavioral, life, and vocational goals.
• Provide timely documentation for SPED students and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Create individualized lesson plans and activities based on assessments and goals.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and materials to meet diverse student needs.
• Prepare for and participate in IEP and treatment planning meetings with data and goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured classroom environment aligned with policies and procedures.
• Communicate with families, staff, and external partners to support student progress.
