Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience in special education and IEP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide learning toward curriculum goals and student IEPs.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to develop IEPs via ARD.
• Implement instructional or therapeutic programs for assigned students.
• Plan and use strategies reflecting diverse learning styles.
• Present subject matter per TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to inform instruction.
• Supervise classroom aides and volunteers.
