Responsibilities

• Guide instructional strategies to promote student growth aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with families and ARD committee members to develop and implement IEPs.
• Plan, deliver and assess instruction using data to drive decisions.
• Integrate technology and differentiated instruction into lesson plans.
• Coordinate with teachers and aides to support students with SPED and Lifeskills needs.
• Ensure safety, classroom management and crisis interventions as required.
• Support extracurricular activities as appropriate.
