Clear Creek ISD is seeking a SPED (SD) Elementary Anticipated position for 2026-27. The role focuses on delivering specialized instruction aligned with IEPs, ARD processes, and data-driven planning, while collaborating with families and staff to support student growth.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, a valid Texas teaching certificate, and at least one year of student teaching or internship, with strong behavior management and ABA knowledge to support diverse learners within

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid Texas certificate for the subject and level assigned
  • At least one year of student teaching or approved internship
  • Knowledge of ARD Committee process and IEP goal setting
  • In-depth knowledge of behavior principles and strategies (ABA)

Responsibilities

  • Guide the learning of students toward IEP goals
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to develop IEPs through ARD
  • Implement instructional or therapeutic programs for assigned students
  • Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies and materials
  • Use data to plan and adjust instruction
  • Maintain accurate student records and reporting
  • Work with teachers to adapt curriculum for special education needs
  • Ensure safety and behavior management in the classroom
