Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a dedicated special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.

Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models and CASE framework, supporting students in smaller class settings. Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach and support learning.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies as needed to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Drive and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school environment.
