The ideal candidate should hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License and possess strong collaboration and communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance with IDEA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subjects to middle and high school students with disabilities.
• Implement the individualized education program (IEP) established for each student.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
