Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAP process to assess readiness for licensure.
• Provide robust feedback and mentoring to teacher candidates.
• Conduct and document six announced observations and three-way meetings.
• Complete CAP forms and calibrate readiness with supervising practitioner.
• Collaborate with sponsoring organization to arrange supports when needed.
• Attend bi-weekly virtual seminars with teacher candidates.
