Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credits or an associate degree or passing ParaPro/WorkKeys.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high behavior and academic expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small case load of students, driving academic achievement for those with moderate to severe needs.
• Implement an effective, rigorous academic and behavior intervention system for a small group of students.
• Provide consistent and high academic and behavioral expectations.
• Support student mastery of state, city, and school standards.
• Lead daily individual and small group tutoring sessions.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
