Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 72 college quarter credits from a nationally accredited institution or pass ETS test.
• Experience working with children with varying abilities in an educational setting.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Willingness to obtain a current First Aid Card and CPI training.
• Excellent attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities or perform specialized duties to assist in providing instruction and supervision of students.
• Support SPED resource and Life Essentials programs under supervision of certified staff.
• Collaborate with district staff, parents and students in a positive, proactive manner.
