Job summary

Moses Lake School District 161 Frontier Middle School in Moses Lake, WA is seeking a Paraeducator Life Skills at Frontier Middle School to provide 1:1 student support and assist with instruction and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have earned 72 college level credits or a degree, or pass ETS assessment.
• Experience supporting students in classroom settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with behavioral challenges.
• Coordinate with case manager and school nurse to address medical needs.
• Support educational activities and supervise during transitions and meals.
• Implement behavior plans and de-escalation strategies as directed.
• Prepare materials, supervise tests, and document observations.
