Job summary

Paradise Valley Unified School District seeks a SPED Instructional Assistant/Personal Care Registered Nurse for Paradise Valley High School in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years in public nursing, pediatric, or emergency settings.
• Experience with school health services or IEP/504 coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in care per student care plan.
• Maintain health and developmental status documentation.
• Support nursing care plans with goals and interventions.
• Manage student behavior to ensure safety and learning.
• Participate in IEPs, 504 meetings and related health data reviews.
