Job summary

Aspire Public Schools, Inskeep Academy in South LA, is hiring an Instructional Aide, SPED for full-time 35 hours per week. The role provides 1:1 and small-group support under the supervision of a Special Education Teacher, implements IEPs, assists with health-related needs under nurse supervision, and collaborates with the IEP team to monitor progress.

Requires an associate degree or 48 units; bachelor preferred; 1+ year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor behavior plans and input data for student progress.
• Create and adapt instructional materials for individualized students.
• Collaborate with IEP team members and other service providers.
