Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Master’s degree in special education highly preferred.
• Valid California credential for Education Specialist required.
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching and case management experience.
• Leadership and coaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to school-based SPED teams.
• Assist schools in addressing operational and student support challenges.
• Support monitoring of compliance for special education.
• Partner with teams for coordinated support across schools.
• Support onboarding and training efforts for SPED staff.
