Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Paras working in Title School must have 48 accredited college credits verified by transcript or pass a state assessment.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with staff, students and parents.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize work and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervises students in class as directed by the teacher.
• Assists in managing routines, procedures and behavior.
• Supports student engagement with curriculum and integration of technology.
• Helps with setup for group instruction and classroom activities.
• Communicates with students, parents and staff as directed by administrator or teacher.
• Assists with transportation and discipline as instructed by the teacher.
• Attends meetings and trainings; maintains records and confidentiality.
