Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Texas Educational Aide Certificate required.
• PAC Test / 48 college hours required.
• Bilingual test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with routine classroom management.
• Prepare instructional materials.
• Maintain classroom environment and supplies.
• Assist with students' homework and tests.
• Modify assignments as needed.
• Maintain student records and files.
• Communicate student needs to staff.
• Ensure a safe environment for students and staff.
• Support behavior management plans.
• Assist with loading/unloading school buses.
• Participate in physical education activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and feeding.
