Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate obtainable after hire.
• Two years of college or associate degree.
• Ability to work with children with disabilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of classroom activities.
• Support in management of classroom activities and routines.
• Assist with self-help, behavior management, data collection, and instruction.
