Responsibilities

• Open and verify check shipper sample types and ensure empty.
• Complete sample receipt logs.
• Receipt and forward problem samples/orders to exception handling.
• Identify issues (ordering, labeling, specimen).
• Aliquoting of samples.
• Shipping to other referral labs.
• Data entry.
