Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in San Juan Capistrano, CA is seeking a Specimen Processing Manager to oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary range from $99,990 to $132,819.50 per year, with potential annual bonus.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years laboratory experience and at least 4 years of direct supervisory experience in clinical or anatomical pathology, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities required.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary team is preferred.

Pay range: $99,990.00 - $132,819.50 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Oversee Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops, may also oversee some or all of the following: Referral Testing, TestInQuestion, and Histology Processing. Responsible for overseeingthefollowing activities: training of all personnel, all daily operations of related departments,Ensureall Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity within company standards. Ensure maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment.

Responsibilities:
