Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory/lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Specimen Processing (Pre-Analytical) section within the Core Laboratory.
• Coordinate high-volume receipt, accessioning, labeling, processing, and distribution with accurate, timely handling.
• Ensure adherence to CLIA regulations and specimen integrity across sites and outreach.
• Provide frontline leadership, supervising staff and supporting standardized processes.
