Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some CAP/CLIA locations may require a Bachelor's degree.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accession, label, sort, store, and ship clinical specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain freezer systems, specimen inventories, and storage records.
• Identify potential issues with specimens or processes and escalate concerns.
• Guide entry-level staff on routine procedures and support onboarding activities.
• Respond to after-hours alarms and other critical operational requirements.
• Support safety, quality, and 6S initiatives in the lab.
• Monitor supplies and communicate shortages to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with cross-functional teams.
