Responsibilities

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Serve as an intermediary between practice/clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and physician order details.
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in the portal.
• Order and maintain collection supplies onsite.
• Observe collections when applicable.
• Drive between facilities as needed.
