AEB Strategic Talent is seeking a qualified Specifications Writer for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will turn complex architectural design information into clear, coordinated construction documents, working closely with architects, engineers, and senior specifications professionals.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of experience, BSD SpecLink Cloud knowledge, CDT certification with CCS in progress, and strong technical writing and organizational skills to support a growing team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction specifications writing experience.
• Knowledge of BSD SpecLink Cloud and construction documentation.
• Current CSI Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification and active pursuit of the CCS credential.
• Strong technical writing, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and senior specifications professionals to produce accurate, project-specific specifications across a variety of project types.
